Faith’s True Currency: Theology, Money, Medicine, Nutrition-and the Cost of Pride.

Passion-driven interest, not formal credentials or wealth, defines true expertise across medicine, theology, agriculture, any soil you name, yielding knowledge and integrity that motive-tainted ambition for status, cash, or trophies can never match. Doctors fueled by money chase kickbacks, misdiagnose, end up jailed; the self-taught devour biology blogs, nutrition studies, emerging sharper than some white-coat parade, because curiosity sticks deeper than tuition. In theology the gap yawns wider: a leader in robes, craving authority, parrots verses while a nameless seeker wrestles Elohim nightly and walks away with revelation El hands only to the hungry. Debates prove it, two true disciples of Yeshua sit, clash, correct, rise stronger; the title-chaser bolts at the first prick, offended, to then slander because his altar is optics, not faith. Scripture celebrates the passionate outsider, just as Yeshua exalted fishermen over scribes.

Wisdom

In these last days, the congregations of modern pagans lift high the banner of humility while scorning the proud, yet they understand neither. They glance at a few scattered verses, hastily read in moments, then pour out the full hour with the venom of their own hearts, never once declaring the pure word of Elohim. Show me one shepherd who can sit in quietness and kindness with those who oppose him, bearing long with a gentle spirit, and I will show you a man ablaze with the fire of Scripture and rooted in true faith. Of what profit is it to play the scholar before the simple, boasting that we know wisdom, yet never bowing to embrace her? The blind now lead the flock, the unrepentant yells Repent! from the altar, and the house that should be called a temple for Elohim’s children has become theatrical entertainment for the foolish.

Money

Money-mad financiers trade stock tips as if they were holy writ; playboys recite conquests like psalms, both honed razor-sharp by lust. Yet cast a billionaire onto barren soil beside a simple farmer: the billionaire’s apps go dark, his platinum cards turn to scraps, and hunger claims him swiftly. The farmer, who sows in season, waits on rain, reaps with calloused hands, eats, lives, and quietly inherits every cent the dead billionaire left behind. He feeds cities, nations, empires that rise and fall while his fields endure. No throne of intellect, only the crown of steadfast passion. Apart from theology: the farmer sustains the body; Elohim alone sustains the soul. Passion prevails.

Pride

Pride is the silent betrayer; it colors every motive until the real altar stands exposed-whether theology, medicine, nutrition, or even the quiet hours alone with a father’s love. A man who will not listen has already convicted the speaker of inferiority; scripture brands that conviction arrogance, and from it grow anger, gossip, slander, all the slow poisons of a heart at war with humility. Yeshua did not whisper to the Pharisees; he tore their masks off in Matthew 23:1-39, crowd watching, because public venom demands public antidote. Leaders are weighed harsher-James 3:1, no footnotes. If the offense was shouted, correct it where it landed; if whispered, keep, and resolve it privately. Yet most modern church attendees ignore this pattern, treating new teachings and safeguards as mere novelties, convinced Yeshua rewrote His Father’s laws—a heresy that ejects them from true disciples. On one side stand Torah-bred seekers, forged in love and long nights with the text; on the other, moderate Christians, assembled by spotlight and committee. One hungers, one poses.

I refuse

I will not mute nor change the gospel for comfort. I refuse human varnish, chasing only the Father’s unfiltered voice. I once sat in those same folding chairs, sang those same hymns, swallowed those same half-truths-so I speak to them out of memory, not contempt. Conversation alone unmasks motive: genuine fire or rehearsed humility? I love them even when they storm off hurling slurs; the next greeting wipes the slate, the way a parent faces a defiant child-eyes soft, arms open, heart unchanged. While I move through my daily workout in the red dim glow light (my chosen ambient ) of my private gym, these truths lock into place: I’ve never met real passion that feared constructive critique. My wife’s red pen on my journals is not attack but architect-exposing cracks, handing blueprints. I love her constructive criticisms, in fact, I embrace them, truly. With every constructive criticism she shares with me, I become stronger, by refining my knowledge on that specific area. This is something modern-day religion needs to understand, because it was never learned.

Presumption

Presumption labels; constructive correction builds. Modern religion rejects both, too proud to distinguish, too thin to survive the surgery. I claim no omniscience, Paul admitted it plainly in 1 Corinthians 8:1-2, and so do I. But false humility Elohim despises. I do not lead with bowed head and feigned ignorance; if I know, I speak full-throated and long, if I don’t, I say so. Moderates often do the opposite, parade uncertainty as virtue, baiting converts like door-to-door salesmen through man-made schemes. That is not calling; it is theater. Only Spirit breaks a heart clean, no altar-call theatrics, no piano swell, no preacher’s crescendo, shouting over the silent congregation. Makes no sence. Strip everything back and one question remains: what is your interest? what is your passion? Follow it, if it is godly, you will own the land. Chase ambition and you crown yourself a fool in a robe in front of the whole world.

Shalom!
