The teachings in this video, presented by Adventist sources, accurately identify the origin of the “Mark of the Beast.” While I do not fully align with all their doctrines, I concur with their perspective on this topic. I had already discerned this interpretation from Scripture before discovering this video, and it is my privilege to include it among my recommended sermons.

Engaging in thoughtful debate—or, more precisely, reasoned discussion—conducted in a godly manner, is one of the most effective ways to fortify one’s faith and achieve biblical accuracy. Such exchanges rigorously test our understanding of Scripture, for our walk of faith is guided by our comprehension. Always embrace the true essence of “iron sharpens iron” and do not shy away from it, as it can strengthen a wavering mind or, more profoundly, illuminate our own misconceptions.

The lesson your former church learned but never practiced is that breaking a single commandment equates to breaking them all. Similarly, keeping all of God’s laws except one still renders one guilty of violating the entirety of His law.

“For the person who keeps all of the laws except one is as guilty as a person who has broken all of God’s laws.”

(James 2:10)

This is why Elohim declared—a truth modern churches often reject—in the following verse:

“Be perfect, therefore, as your Father in heaven is perfect.”

(Matthew 5:48 TS2009)

The following passage, drawn from Revelation 14:9–11, is truly remarkable. As the apostate church rejected Elohim’s rest and chose to ignore it and work, they will receive their desired outcome in their final destination. Those who worship the beast (the Catholic Church) and its image (the pope) and bear the mark of its name (observing the Sunday Sabbath while disregarding Yah’s seventh-day Sabbath) will find no rest, day or night, as their hearts desired.
