Foolish Intercessions
Truth Through Yeshua
Through the Spirit of Elohim, the truth was spoken through Yeshua, and it must be carefully followed if we desire real results. I keep observing a troubling trend among modern religious people: praying for Elohim to guide the physician’s hands toward a better outcome. Even pagans have long prayed in much the same way. This leads me to ask, what is the real difference between many modern religionists and pagans? Not much, it seems. Both tend to ignore one or more of the Commandments and Yeshua’s instructions. Only His true followers strive to keep all ten.
Another trend I have noticed is praying in public, yet this was not the norm in the newer writings, except for the time when Yeshua was teaching His disciples how to pray. Yeshua rebuked those who prayed in public and even gave the reason why. Equally disturbing is the sharing of prayers on social media or in text messages, forgetting that the instructions given to His disciples were to pray in private and close the door behind them. Now let’s talk about another misunderstanding: asking for prayers, or intercession, from people who are under the law themselves. This produces no results. It only reveals our ignorance of the Scriptures. However, it is like beating a dead horse trying to teach this to so many modern-day “church leaders” who are not recognized by Elohim. Therefore, I am speaking directly to the people, for they too are accountable.
Definition Of The Law
What is the law? It is taught in the Torah, amplified through the writings of the Prophets, categorized in Exodus 20, and summarized by Yeshua in Matthew 22:40. The law, consisting of the Ten Commandments, defines everything Elohim calls evil. If everyone walked perfectly in righteousness, there would be no need for Him to remind us of the law. Yet the law has always existed. That is why the Commandments were not formally given until Exodus 20, although they were active from the beginning. Modern religion often stops at “love God and love your neighbor as yourself,” and both pagan Christians and pagans follow this. Yet they often define or interpret those few words themselves. But what does the Bible actually say? Mattithyahu 22:40 in the TS2009 says, “On these two commands hang all the Torah and the Prophets.” Something that hangs hasn’t been cut off. Remember this. These two commands serve as the summary of the entire law. They do not abolish the law. They summarize it and hold it all together.
Living By Every Word
How then shall we live? By every word that comes from the mouth of Elohim. This is clearly stated in Deuteronomy 8:3 and reiterated by the Torah teacher Himself, Yeshua, in Matthew 4:4. Yet many modern religion preachers speak against this very principle by saying, “The law is done away with, we now live in a new covenant.” Understand this, my family. The Strong’s number for “covenant” (agreement) in that verse is G1242, diathēkē. It means a covenant, contract, or testament, basically a binding agreement or will. This is the Greek word for the new covenant that Paul is talking about. The Strong’s number for “law” is G3551, nomos. That is the main Greek word used throughout the newer writings when it talks about the law.
The law of Elohim, the Ten Commandments, was given on Mount Horeb, Sinai. However, the law itself was not the agreement, diatheke, or the covenant. The agreement was made with the people concerning the law, and by it many are under the law. I am wording it this way so that you may understand, so that something might click. Many are misunderstanding the Scriptures when they read about covenant or agreement, confusing it with the law. The law is not the agreement. The agreement was made with the people to follow the law. These are two distinct subjects.
This is also why it does not make sense when people claim otherwise. Elohim said He would put His laws in our hearts. He did not say He would put the agreement in our hearts. For the agreement must first come before He puts the law in our hearts. Hebrews 8:10 also reveals the confusion of many modern-day religionists.
People Under The Law
Who are the people under the law? Those who break Elohim’s commandments, the Ten categorized in Exodus 20. These are the people subject to the penalties of the law. Do not let modern religious leaders deceive you. They are not the voices of Yeshua nor of the Father. Read 1 John 2:4. If you cheat, murder, lie, ignore the Sabbath, or covet, you are a sinner. This is basic scriptural understanding in both the older and newer writings. Those who disagree are not walking in righteousness, and Elohim has never spoken to them audibly. If they claim otherwise, they are not telling the truth, for Yeshua does not know them. John 9:31 states, “We know that Elohim does not hear sinners.” If Elohim and Yeshua do not listen to unrepentant lawbreakers, how can such people effectively intercede for you? Think about it. Let us use common sense here. When you ask someone to pray for you or for another person, you are asking them to intercede. How then can we ask those who break Elohim’s commandments, or even one command, to intercede on our behalf if they cannot even pray effectively for themselves unless they repent of ignoring a single command?
Righteousness And Intercession
Only Elohim defines righteousness and sin, not modern religion or its teachings. In 2 Corinthians 6:14 the TS2009 translation says, “Do not become unevenly yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness and lawlessness?” In the physical sense, Paul addresses marriage. In the spiritual sense, this is addressing His relationship with the Church. If you are living in sin, you need a righteous person to intercede on your behalf, not someone who openly disobeys even one of the Ten Commandments. Yeshua Himself can intercede, but you must first believe. That requires a complete change of direction. For as it is written, James 2:10 in the TS2009 says, “For whoever shall guard all the Torah and yet stumble in one point is guilty of all.” Do not be deceived. Kindness does not equal righteousness. Remember this. Reciting scriptures, talking about Elohim, or even living in a church building does not mean a person is a true disciple. Even in Scripture the word “kind” in Greek is chrestos, which means useful, good, gentle, and beneficial. Question: How can we claim to be good and useful if we are corrupting the Scriptures, discouraging obedience to the commandments, and teaching man-made dogma? That is not kindness. That is not the biblical definition of good. It is evil with a smile.
Sin Healing And Doctors
Furthermore, when I myself ate what I wanted (ignoring Leviticus 11) and did what I wanted, I became sick because of sin. Slowly, my body kept deteriorating, I am still working on fixing the last remaining issues with His herbs. I had to make a complete turnaround and start listening to Elohim in order for him to heal me. When people alter foods, such as highly processed foods and GMOs, these are not holy because they are man-made and there are consequences in the body. When we eat the foods Elohim told us not to eat, there are true consequences. Doctors exist because of sin. You would not see a doctor for any other reason. Even they do not truly cure. If you have cancer they will most likely burn, kill, or cut something off to “save you”, which is against the nature of Elohim. If it is not perfect, it is not from Elohim. He does not desire that for you, and therefore He is not part of it. Elohim gave us the leaves and the fruits of the trees for the healing of the nations. Why are we not listening? Why are we relying on doctors for true healing? They may be helpful in a pinch to diagnose what is wrong, but true healing belongs to Elohim alone. Use His herbs, my beautiful family. Is this not what faith actually is? When you listen to the writings and obey them, you are operating in faith. That is what faith truly means. Asking Elohim to guide the hands of doctors is not a biblical concept. It is nonsense created by foolish traditional churches who do not know Him and repeated by those who follow their dogma. Why would He need a doctor to heal what He can accomplish Himself through a righteous person or through His herbs?
Biblical Holiness
Holiness, biblically understood, means leaving things as Elohim created and commanded them, undisturbed by man except through His prescribed methods of purification. This is illustrated in several passages: Exodus 20:25, Deuteronomy 27:5, Exodus 3:5, and Joshua 5:15. Elohim can heal anyone without intermediaries, especially doctors. And yes, even a sinner, if they believe and ask.
Powerful Intercession
If you (sinner) are seeking a powerful intercessor and there is no true keeper of the Ten Commandments around you, here is sound advice. Set aside modern religious leaders and their worthless pagan-influenced churches. Instead, if you have a young innocent child, one who can barely speak, ask that child to intercede for that particular person. That is among the strongest forms of intercession a person can receive when a righteous person is absent, for the child is innocent and blameless in the eyes of Elohim, therefore they are righteous, and He will hear them. This message is meant to enrich your understanding and activate true Spirit-led saving faith. It is written in biblical love.
My Closing Words
No, I am not perfect. There are many things I do not yet understand, and these gaps can create areas of weakness. For this reason, I do not consider myself someone who has yet been perfected. The Apostle Paul expressed a similar humility in his own journey. Yet I am constantly seeking greater understanding, because true understanding strengthens faith. May Elohim help me reach the perfection He desires for me through this ongoing pursuit of knowledge and obedience, and may it come soon.
I am not certain that I have yet attained perfection. However, even if I have not yet reached that place, I refuse to twist or ignore the Scriptures in order to appear righteous. Even in moments of personal weakness, I choose to speak the truth plainly.
When I engage in discussion or debate, my goal is not to prove myself right, but to share truth and to listen carefully to the other person. The words of others often help fill the gaps in my own understanding through their biblical evidence. This is why honest dialogue and even spirited debate can be valuable.
Yet if we approach the conversation to defend our denomination rather than to pursue the Truth, which is Elohim’s Word, then we are not coming in humility. Instead, we reveal ulterior motives, and this shows that the truth is not in us. The Word is living and sharp, and we must not become a stumbling block to others simply because we ourselves have not fully walked in it. The truth remains the truth. No one has the right or the power to suppress or snuff it out.
When I come to the debate table or engage in teaching and discussion with others, I am not pointing out every single sin I observe in them. I am confident there are particular sins I have noticed that they themselves have already acknowledged as sin, and I leave those matters between them and Elohim for them to address. I’m under the impression every believer is seeking out their imperfections, as I am, and I get it.
When I debate or share my understanding, I focus on the areas they may not fully know or recognize, the hidden stumbling blocks that remain obscured to them. At times, my explanations may come across as argumentative, but that is not my heart. The truth is this: When I see a genuine weakness or misunderstanding in someone, I share what Scripture defines as sin and what it does not, specifically according to what they do not yet understand.
I do not dwell on the things they already know and can correct on their own. Instead, I address the beliefs and practices they continuously follow, teach to others, and defend, even though Scripture clearly shows them to be in error. These are the areas where I enter into dialogue and debate.
I do not condemn people for the sins they are committing. That judgment belongs to Elohim alone. Rather, I engage modern-day Christians who believe they are saved, yet whose lives and teachings the Bible clearly indicates are not aligned with the truth. I come as a warning, not to condemn but to offer understanding through honest and respectful dialogue.
