Single Serving (per one herb) amount in an 8oz cup. Stacking instructions follows after single serving instructions.

ESSIAC Tea: Even though ESSIAC tea is a blend of four different herbs, it is counted here as one herb. Use 1/2-1 teaspoon. It’s a blend of burdock root, sheep sorrel, slippery elm, and Indian rhubarb, simmer concentrate in spring water, drink for immune support and detoxification.

The original blend Rene Caisse formula is:

• 6½ parts Burdock root

• 4 parts Sheep sorrel (whole herb)

• 1 part Slippery elm bark

• ½ part Indian rhubarb root

Soursop Tea: 2-3 dry leaves. Steep graviola leaves occasionally for anti-inflammatory effects.

Pau d’Arco Tea: Steep 1-2 teaspoons dried inner bark in boiling water for 10-15 minutes, drink 1-3 cups daily, traditionally used for anti-cancer and immune support.

Saw Palmetto Tea: Steep 2 teaspoons dried berries in 2 cups boiling water for 15 minutes, supports prostate health.

Saffron Tea: 5-10 threads. Steep a pinch of saffron threads in hot water, traditionally used for cancer-preventive properties.

Small Willow Leaf Tea: Simmer 1 tablespoon of Epilobium parviflorum bark or leaves per cup of water for 10-60 minutes, supports urinary health.

Stacking Instructions (two day supply)

Make one 1500-milliliter batch every two days in a glass mason jar. This single jar gives exactly six servings: three times a day for two days. Each serving is eight ounces. Buy a 1500 ml mason jar at Walmart or Amazon.

Pau d’Arco: 5 teaspoons dried inner bark

ESSIAC Tea blend: 8 teaspoons mixed herbs

Soursop: 5 dried leaves

Saw Palmetto: 4 teaspoons dried berries

Saffron: 30–90 threads

Small Willow Leaf: 3 tablespoon dried herb

Add all herbs to the 1500 ml glass mason jar, fill with boiling spring water, steep for 15–20 minutes, strain, and refrigerate. Drink 8 ounces three times a day. One jar lasts exactly two days.

Nuts to Consume Daily

Apricot Seeds: Use caution due to cyanide content. Some books say no more than 50 per day, others say, no more than 80 per day. Do your own research.

Pumpkin Seeds: Raw and unsalted, a handful daily for zinc and prostate support.

Raw Sesame Seeds: A handful daily for added minerals.

Suppositories (Very Important)

• Mix equal parts castor oil and coconut oil, pour into a mold, freeze for two days, insert one anally every night before bed.

Minerals

Zinc: Use zinc picolinate, zinc bisglycinate, or zinc gluconate for best absorption, aim for low dose like 15 to 25 milligrams per day to avoid risks with higher amounts.

Natural ways to get zinc: Focus on pumpkin seeds (already in your daily nuts), lentils. Your raw pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds are already solid natural sources.

Hot/Cold Bath (extremely important)

• Use two tubs: Use a large tub, sit in 55-65°F water for the torso while both feet soak in another small tub at 100-115°F water (at the same time – do not do them separately), maintain temperatures without reheating or recooling, sit for 10 minutes.

Russian Baths

• Traditional steam bath using high-humidity heat from a wood stove, venik branch massage, and cycles of hot steam followed by cold plunge to promote detoxification, circulation, and relaxation.

• Cheap portable option: search Amazon for personal steam sauna tents ($100-350).

Medical Approach

• No biopsies allowed: biopsies have been known to allegedly spread cancer through leakage.

• Handle any issue non-invasively only.

• If cancer is feared, address it only through non-invasive options.

Dietary Changes

• Switch to Mediterranean diet: vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds, fish, olive oil.

• Avoid seed oils, unclean meats (Leviticus 11: land animals must split hooves and chew cud, sea creatures must have fins and scales), sugar, synthetic sweeteners, white/processed/GMO flours, GMO foods, restaurants, family meals.

• Prepare all meals yourself.

• Severely limit dairy, use goat or sheep milk if needed.

• Sweeteners: honey or maple syrup, coconut sugar sparingly (few times a year).

• Manage insulin resistance to prevent prostate, kidney, liver, heart issues.
