Drink a glass of water before bed. The very next morning, do not drink water, drink the solution.
Stir liquid, chug it– burns but kills toxins. If you have leftover garlic in your glass, add more lemon, then drink. Don’t use water. Only olive oil or lemon juice.
Use “level spoon” portions, not a heaping spoon. Stick to whole roots, not extract. The prep batch helps you stay consistent.
Grind or buy these dry and in an empty jar add:
Pour in a clean jar, shake once, seal dark. – Each morning (About 9am) grab one level teaspoon of that powder; no, don’t brew seven days ahead-make it fresh every time, because heat kills enzymes. In the afternoon repeat (around 6pm)
At nine AM exactly: suck juice from 3 fresh parsley sprigs, chew for full five minutes while sucking the juices – oxalates neutralized.
Spit the leaves out of your mouth once you suck them if you are unable to swallow them. The leaves have nutrition, but if you gag while swallowing them, just spit them out. You already sucked what you need from them.
Boil 2 cups water, don’t worry, almost half will evaporate when boiling, turn heat to a simmer, drop 1 level teaspoon of your seven-root powder – milk thistle, dandelion, turmeric, burdock, licorice, nettle, horsetail. – Simmer five minutes. – Kill heat, Steep ten more minutes, strain and drink hot.
Buy a small electric digital kettle on Amazon. Tiny kettle, you can plug even on your desk. It will boil the water and shut off automatically. Very tiny, very easy to clean. I myself use it at work.
