NOTE: I am documenting my effective approach, acknowledging that individual responses to treatments may vary. These are alleged treatments. Proceed at your own risk.
On the morning of September 4, 2025, I awoke with a severe headache, a rare symptom signaling illness, accompanied by body aches and profound fatigue. Unable to function, I went to work but left within an hour to visit the ER. Understanding my body’s signals, I sought specific diagnostic tests, particularly blood work, to identify the issue—a proactive approach I liken to a reconnaissance mission, a metaphor inspired by my enjoyment of the PlayStation game, Battlefield. While I typically consult my primary doctor, the urgency of my symptoms prompted an immediate ER visit. Out of courtesy, I listened to the medical staff’s suggestions, evaluated them, and prioritized my plan for blood work. This underscores the value of self-awareness in health decisions over blindly following external advice. After one to two hours, my blood work returned normal, but I requested a COVID test, and the hospital promised follow-up results.
In the ER, staff recommended a CT scan and chest X-ray to rule out conditions like stroke or brain bleed, prompted by my wife’s concerns. Citing radiation risks, I respectfully declined, requesting justification. I understand herbs and my body, while doctors specialize in diagnostics and pharmaceuticals—a tug-of-war of perspectives. A doctor performed a physical assessment—evaluating my face, arms, legs, and neck mobility—confirming no symptoms necessitated such scans, validating my preference for simpler diagnostics. Another doctor pressed me, akin to a salesperson, but I calmly reiterated my focus on blood work, my primary objective. The staff’s frustration was evident, but I remained composed, waiting comfortably with a pillow and blanket. I acknowledged their expertise but noted they hadn’t justified the need for scans, reinforcing that simpler tests often suffice before radiation-heavy diagnostics.
After receiving my blood work results, I was discharged from the ER. In the parking lot, I reviewed my discharge papers, noting a minor liver secretion—a highly unusual finding in my blood work, though not surprising given my illness. Recent research linking COVID to organ secretions, including lung secretions, aligned with my condition: severe headache, body aches, and depletion. My wife suggested retrieving additional paperwork, but the car’s air conditioning exacerbated my discomfort, forcing me to exit as the cold air intensified my pain. Still feeling terrible, I returned home to strategize my response.
At 2:05 PM on September 4, 2025, the hospital called to confirm my COVID diagnosis. Armed with this knowledge, I understood my adversary and the battlefield, focusing on protecting my lungs, my weakest point due to managed asthma. Unlike my first COVID experience, where breathing was nearly impossible and I feared for my survival, this time, by 4 PM, movement was agonizing, requiring my wife’s assistance to start my herbal regimen. I maintain a disciplined diet, eating only meals prepared by my wife and me under my strict and meticulous guidance, to her occasional annoyance. I avoid eating out or consuming food prepared by others, including my mother or adult children. For long journeys, I prepare food in advance and take it with me. If you’re committed to healthy eating, outsourcing your food compromises that commitment. Take note: claiming to watch your diet while eating out or at others’ homes contradicts your efforts.
At home, in excruciating pain, I sat in our sunroom—the warmest room in the house—after absorbing natural vitamin D outdoors (not through windows, as the body cannot absorb vitamin D that way). I’m honestly convinced that if I would’ve known I had COVID as soon as I woke up in the morning, I would’ve felt better that same day. But allowing it to wreak havoc in my body all the way until 2 PM gave me a slight disadvantage. However, these are powerful herbs. After a shower and my herbal regimen—tailored to my needs and informed by my belief in the healing power of herbs provided by Elohim—I felt rejuvenated by the morning of September 5, 2025, with enough energy to work out or mow the lawn. To avoid spreading the virus, I stayed home and will continue my regimen through Sunday, September 7, 2025.
My strategy: eliminate the virus, protect my lungs, and bolster my immune system. Tailor your approach to your body’s vulnerabilities—what works for me may not work for you. Identify your areas of concern when ill and prioritize their protection.
• Garlic
• Oregano Oil
• Raw Ginger
• Thyme
• Licorice Root
• Mullein Leaf
Natural Vitamin D: Crucial for bone health and immunity. Aim for 30 minutes of sunlight twice daily (I opt for 1–2 hours). In sun-scarce regions like Alaska, supplements may be necessary, but natural sunlight is preferable. Probiotics are beneficial but excluded here due to time constraints.
This is a foundational plan. Select herbs targeting your most vulnerable organs without overburdening your liver or kidneys.
• Garlic: Mince or finely chop 1 garlic cloves and let it sit for 5–10 minutes to activate allicin, its active compound (swallow more than one clove, you will get a stomachache and you will just be peeing garlic – waste). Studies confirm this is essential for efficacy. Mix with fresh-squeezed lemon juice (not sugary drinks or concentrates). If lemon’s out, squeeze half a fresh orange. Steer clear of store-bought orange juice-it’s often concentrated with added sugars. Stick to the fruit itself.
• Oregano Oil: CV 90+ Oregano oil, which is already diluted with olive oil. Do not get 100 pure concentrated oregano oil. If it has olive oil in the ingredients is diluted. Dosage depends on tolerance. I typically take 10 drops every 12 hours during this illness for a steady antiviral effect. Place under the tongue, hold for two minutes, then swallow.
• Ginger: I chew half a thumb of organic raw ginger (non-organic weak, watery ginger is less effective) and swallow with 2 ounces of water. I repeat three times daily. Now, after two days, if you’re vomiting blood, back off.
• Water: Boil 1 cup of water on the stove (avoid microwaves).
• Thyme: Add 1 teaspoon to the hot water.
• Licorice Root: Add 1 teaspoon to the hot water.
• Mullein Leaf: Do not add mullein leaf tincture to hot water. Wait until the water cools to room temperature to protect Mullein’s potency, Add fifteen drops of mullein leaf tincture. It might take one to two days to clear the mucus fully, but in the meantime, expect a little coughing for a day or two-depending on when you began treatment relative to the infection.
• Strain: Use a fine strainer to remove herbs. Fine thyme particles are beneficial, but I strain to minimize my body’s workload while fighting the virus. I also restrict food intake to focus energy on recovery.
By 2 PM, when I confirmed my COVID diagnosis, I had my herbs ready, maintaining a robust herbal inventory. I took ginger each time I woke, ensuring the virus had no respite. I typically sleep by 8 PM. It’s
Equally crucial to note: Upon waking, mucus pools in the throat-so dislodge, spit it out, don’t swallow. Virus-laden strands get caught, not encased-your immune cells don’t chase what you’ve already removed. This allows your immune system to work smarter, not harder.
By morning, 96% of my pain and headache had resolved. The only lingering symptom was mild stuffiness. Consider my point: I resolved 96% of the issue within approximately 16 hours of detecting the virus, thanks to the wisdom Elohim has bestowed upon me. I’m convinced that if I’d known I had COVID upon waking, I could have felt better that same day. Letting it progress until 2 PM put me at a slight disadvantage. However, these potent herbs worked wonders. After a shower, I felt rejuvenated, with enough energy to exercise or mow the lawn. To prevent spreading the virus, I stayed home and will continue my regimen through Sunday.
I champion the potency of herbs, though some deem them ineffective. I don’t dispute their subjective experiences, it achieves nothing; however, I’m well aware and understand that improper preparation, administration, or dosage can render herbs ineffective. Precise preparation, timing, and avoiding sugary liquids are crucial. My meticulous approach ensures efficacy. Elohim provided these herbs for healing, and their effectiveness for me is undeniable. (Revelation 22:2)
• Garlic: Boosts immunity, fights infections, and has antiviral properties.
• Oregano Oil: Exhibits strong antibacterial and antiviral effects.
• Raw Ginger: Reduces inflammation, aids digestion, and combats viral infections.
• Thyme: Relieves respiratory issues, acts as an expectorant, and has antiseptic properties.
• Licorice Root: Soothes airways, reduces inflammation, and supports lung health.
• Mullein Leaf: Eases coughs, clears mucus, and promotes respiratory comfort.
These critical steps, frequently overlooked, can prevent re-infection or mitigate lingering symptoms. Upon waking, discard all water bottles, wash all utensils, cups, your toothbrush, and any items used near your mouth. Rinse thoroughly, clean, or dispose of them to avoid re-infection. Repeat this step every morning while in recovery to sustain your progress.
The onset of these herbs’ effects varies, but potent antivirals like garlic and oregano oil often deliver noticeable antiviral activity within thirty minutes to a few hours. Ginger provides rapid anti-inflammatory relief in a similar timeframe. For lung support, thyme and licorice root teas typically offer immediate respiratory comfort, while mullein may require a day or two for optimal mucus-clearing and soothing benefits. Consistency is essential-steady use maximizes the results.
My detailed, precise instructions on dosages and preparation are pivotal. One can discern true expertise through extensive, specific discourse, as opposed to those seeking attention, whether online for clout or merely echoing hearsay from friends or colleagues. The contrast is stark, akin to night and day.
On Saturday morning, September 6, 2025, at 3:14 AM (Shabbat), No pain, I feel remarkably well, as though untouched by COVID affliction. Yet, feeling a little stiffness, slight cough, a little congestion. Discussing with a colleague, whom I also regard as a friend, I had long speculated whether this robust approach would prove effective against COVID-19. My firsthand experience provides a resounding affirmation: YES!
On Sunday afternoon, September 7, 2025, at 6:15 PM, still no pain, feeling very strong, a little stiffness, mild cough, still a little congestion, can resume my daily activities as normal. Mullein may require a day or two for optimal mucus-clearing and soothing benefits. Praise, Yah!
